GeForce G100 and COD4

I think I'm in the right forum for this. I have an Acer Aspire I got a really good deal on. It has a GeForce G100 512mb video card (I hear it's a repackaged 9400). Will this card be sufficient for Call of Duty 4 or am I going to want to throw it out the window?
