Question New Computer, Display dies on Reboot, 9600 GT

So I just built a new machine. Specs here:
Intel DP45SG Mobo
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.66Ghz Processor
4x 1GB Corsair DDR3 1333 (9-9-9-24) Sticks
Galaxy GeForce 9600GT Overclocked VC
Seagate Internal SATA 250GB HD

Alright, Full discrip of problem:
Theres a know problem with the ram that forces me to enter BIOS and Reprogram the latency to 9-9-9-24 and 1.65v to run the ram @ 1333
I fixed this no problem, Save and Exit, reboot, Enter Windows 7(64bit) no problem. Vid card drivers are up to date.
Computer runs PERFECT! (Crysis Maxed out quality @ 45-60FPS :D)

Now the problem:
If I go to reboot or shut down AT ALL, for ANY REASON. Apon the computer turning back on, I lose my display. The ONLY way to get it working again is to RESET BIOS by pulling the battery, then when the Computer starts upo, re-set my Latency on my ram, and re-set my Clock. Save exit, boots fine.

I have already run Memtest with no errors! Also I have Tried Starting with 2-3-4GB of ram, still same problem so I think its un-related

So WTH?!?!?!

Any help is appreciated!

PS: I AM running Underpowered (450W) and the Vid card requests 580w, however after boot everything runs fine! Is there possibly a High power demand at boot, Higher than Crysis demands? I have a 680w PS coming tomorrow, I will swap it out and try it anyway.

see where you are when you put in the better power supply
when you boot is about the only time everything pulls power at the same time

Do you get a Bios screen on reboot?
What timings does the Ram default to?
What happens if you leave the Ram timings at the default timings?

Re: New Computer, Display dies on Reboot, 9600 GT

Leaving the Ram at default still does the same thing. Just got an email from Corsair, they say my problem is not related to the Ram.

When I reboot, I get No display, beep or anything at all. The ONLY way to get the screen to work is to re-set BIOs

This is FRUSTRATING!

what brand and model is the new psu

you are saving the bios settings with F10 before exiting the bios
