Re: Need a little help??

Radeon HD2400Pro PCI 512mb DirectX 10 - $113

Radeon X1550 PCI 256mb DirectX 9 - $97

GeForce 6200 PCI 512mb DirectX 9 - $95

No idea how well they will run games like CoD2. I've never used a PCI card for gaming, sorry.

If you're using 32bit XP, it won't recognise the full 4GB RAM, only 3-3.5GB. This limit is due to the 32bit operating system. 64bit can use 4GB and higher.

These should be good all the way up to COD4.

Re: Need a little help??

Enter your full system specs into this power calculator and set Capacitor Aging to 25%. Click the Calculate button, then add 30% to the total to allow for PSU inefficiency. Post back with the total plus 30%.

Re: Need a little help??

Supposedly it should be enough since the power consumption from pci cards is very low, but I would feel better if you had a decent 350w in there.
