Scrolling when loading

I just got a video card upgrade. But now when you turn on the computer and it loads windows it scrolls like when you have dial-up and your trying to load a page it will scroll from top to bottom. Also all of the games that i had on my computer will no longer load.

Re: Scrolling when loading

You need to install/reinstall drivers for the new video card. Either the ones that came on the disc with it, or the latest from the card manufacturer (evga, HIS, Palit, XFX, whatever) or the video chipset manufacturer (ATI or nVidia). Then do a proper install of the drivers. Driver Sweeper is optional, unless you are switching between ati and nvidia (or vice versa). If that's the case, you need to thoroughly get rid of the old drivers to avoid conflicts.

Uninstall the old drivers in device manager
Reboot, tapping F8, and go into vga mode
Disable antivirus
Run Driver Sweeper to get rid of driver remnants
Install new drivers
Reboot into normal mode
Turn your antivirus back on

If vga mode is not an option, use safe mode
