Inno3d 8800gt 512mb

hey guys

i was going for a brand new 9800gt but today i found this card 8800gt ichill series at a VERY VERY reasonable price. I know its OCed and better than a stock 9800gt...what you guys think i am getting this card cheaper than a 9800gt!!

should i make the deal? is this card good?

pretty much the 8800 and the 9800 gt's are pretty much on par with each other.
My only concern would be your 460w psu wont last long and will bottle neck your gpu.
I would also be looking for a Quality 650w psu
