Video Card Power Requirements?

Ok So I have a PSU that is only 350W. But the Video Card I want to get has a minimum requirement of 400W. Will it fry my computer or anything if I use this video card? Can I still use it?

We really need to know the brand name of the power supply and the Video card that you are trying to power with it. That may help us a lot. I can tell you without this information, that the answer is YES, you can damage computer components if you use an underpowered power supply.
