PCI-Express 2.0 help

Hi there,

Am trying to find a low profile card at the moment as my motherboard is quite small. found a low profile geforce 9600gt. my problem is my mother board specs says i have a pci-express x16 slot and a PCI-Express x1 slot. The description of the card states interface PCI-Express 2.0. Is this compatible with my board. My motherboard specs can be found at http://www.acer.co.uk/acer/product.d...&CRC=649907114 i've upgraded my psu since to a hiper type m 580w. Thanks a lot for any help.

The card will be PCIe x16, the 2.0 refers to the revision of design.
It will be compatible.
.ps... you should watch that power supply, they are not very capable. Ive had four Hipers ranging in model and they all died a horrible death.
