could use video card recommendations

Hi All,
I'm looking to upgrade an older (~4 year old) machine, and finally put in a video card:

Pentium D 2.80 GHz
Intel 82945G Express Chipset (Asus Mobo, don't have model handy)
Windows XP
1 GB Memory

I intend to add another 1 gig or memory. But was wondering if anyone can recommend an inexpensive video card, mostly to boost some games a bit for my son (lots of World of Warcraft).

Thanks,
Larry

Download CPU-ID and when its running, go to the last tab "About" and do a "HTML dump" which is a button on the bottom of the screen.
Then attach the file so we can see exactly what you have and then we can get to the advice part.

Re: could use video card recommendations

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded and ran the program as you suggested--quite amazing thinkg! File attached. I opened my case and saw that I have one PCI Express x 16 and one PCI Express X 1 slot free.
Thanks for any advice on what card would be appropriate.

Re: could use video card recommendations

Did you note down the details of your power supply while you were in there? Video upgrades generally are limited by the psu, might need another one, or the existing with low end card.
We need the make and model, total wattage, and the output (in amps) for the +12v. rail or rails.
