grid patterns in wow

Hi all I started noticing these patterns about a week ago. Funny thing is they only appear in places outside of cities and instances. everything else seems fine, I did run opengl for about a week then turned it off in the wow options. Card is not overheating, could it just be a setting or a driver. and for some odd reason cant update driver.

Please post your specs including powersupply make and model, video card specs, motherboard, ram, etc.

It sounds like a overheating problem to me, but I havent seen your temps so I dont know.
