I have just reinstalled my system because I thought I had a software problem but this problem still occurs (see picture).
There are some strange lines appearing on my screen And i think they are causing the problem. I have tried restarting the CMOS by changing the jumper on the MoBo But that didn't help. I have also tried to reset the BIOS but that didn't help me either I looked at the Motherboard error report number thingy and it just says FF exept when I'm booting up, then it scrolls through a ton of different numbers such as: 2b, 50,FF, etc... It seems to be a hardware problem but I'm not sure. When I try to boot into vista i just get a black blank screen, But when I try in safe mode it works for some odd reason. What is the cause of this? What should I do? My specs are the following: AMD Athlon 4200+ Inno3d Nvidia 7900GS GeiL 2gb 800Mhz pc 6400 Windows Vista Home Premium 400GB Samsung SpinPoint Nvidia 550 MCP I will post a picture later I cannot upload it on this computer for some reason.

Re: My GFX card is acting wierd...Need help now.
I don't know what brand it is but I assume it's something very cheap because the name isnt even on it.
I think the wattage is 300. EDIT: But I could be wrong...
