Hello everybody
![]() my nvidia driver does make my minotor display scrumbled and pixel crazy... ![]() A while ago i connected an SV cable to my graphic card and now my system seems to become unstable...I don't know how to resolve this problem, i try system restore, unistal the driver and install it again, i also went on the nvidia web to find fixes...i dowloaded some but with no effect...i am using the default vanilla driver, obviously i cannot play my favourite games and enjoy all the 3D fun stuff i love!!! Is anyboy have any wordsof wisdom? I appreciate it...Thanks i a lot, really disperate....![]()

in the device manager uninstall the video card
reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode when windows finishes rebooting disable a/virus install your drivers reboot the computer what are you running video card cpu m/board ram power supply brand wattage check the listings in the bios for voltages and temperatures and post them

Mobo Asus PK5 Q Pro CPU Intel Dual Core E2180 Geil BlackDragon 2GB DRR2 BFG Graphic card 8400 GS PSU 550 Watt Thanks a lot..PS: Reagarding the brand, if you refer to my PC, i build it by myself, buying the components on line. HI dai,
ecosmart.. Anyway i did what you suggested again, (i did that before but without disabling the a/virus).... my monitor still funny..I explain: when window boot up after i installed the driver, all i see on my screen are large white stripes on a black bacground as a maze, than it changes, and the display show only white lines all over it, i can only hear window log in.. i got a picture with my camera befcause i never saw nothing so weird!!!!Hey thanks a lot for your help...

try a quality 550w psu in it
check the insides are clear of dust ask a friend to check your card in their computer to see if it is the card
