Blurry Screen

I do a lot of design work in photoshop. I have Windows XP, the screen went blurry (coming and going) and I thought it was the monitor so I got a new one. The screen continued being blurry. I actually had a problem and needed to reformat my computer..since then, even with the new monitor and a fresh os the screen continues going in and out. I replaced the video card with a higher quality card with more ram and it is still doing it. I checked the device manager and everything is fine.

Any suggestions?

Re: Blurry Screen

you will have to wait until she comes back
it is against the forum rules to offer any help because it is not your computer
we have no option but to close the thread
the only thing i can suggest is to reload the video drivers

in the device manager uninstall the video card
reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode
when windows finishes rebooting
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the computer
