Problems with HD2600XT

Hi. I am really amateur in computers (in English too), but I try to explain it right. For some reason, my HD2600XT often creates wrong textures in games. Firstly, it did it with GTA IV (but that was a common problem if I'm right), but after that I installed some older games, like Just Cause, and Test Drive Unlimited, and unfortunately I had problems with these games too (altough COD5 works fine). These wrong textures pop up everywhere on the screen (sometimes just on the sky, then on a pedestrian, etc.), and sometimes they only can be seen from an angle. I hope that it's only a software bug, or can it do this because it's overheated? I've tried to change the settings in CCC to Optimal quality etc...
