Help me suggest a decent graphics card

I was thinking a nvidia graphics card since it seems more common to gamers. What about ATI? Would that be better? Can anybody post a link to a fair well, cheap, and decent graphics card? Having a hard time finding the right one.

Re: Help me suggest a decent graphics card

Well, I am going to purchase a laptop. How does it matter?
I was going to purchase a laptop aka a compact, due to the best deal I have ever seen for the time being. When I customize it, it shows intel accelerator media card or something like that for graphics card. I want to buy a decent graphics card for gaming, but I am not sure what would provide decent quality. It doesn't show any other option but that. So I was wondering if I could buy one.

My System

Re: Help me suggest a decent graphics card

If the laptops only graphic option is the basic intel graphics then thats all it comes with. About 95% of laptops do not have changeable graphics cards. We usually don't recommend latops for gaming as there more designed to be a portable computer rather then a gaming device.

Re: Help me suggest a decent graphics card

Ahh! Thank you. I was about to order a graphics card and laptop. Thanks again. That saved me about 120$
