Radeon HD3850 & Samsung Natural Color
Hello,
I'm having a small problem with the color adjustments for my monitor. All was working fine but after recently I replaced my video card the Samsung Natural Color app is not working correctly. The problem I'm having is that the color setting I make and that are in effect after the system boots. are not maintained if my system goes into screen saver or standby mode. I need to open the Natural Color app and enter the Natural Color App Color Preference to reactivate the colors profile. Any idea what could be causing this? Here's the details. Specs: Samsung SyncMaster 204B monitor. Video: Radeon HD 3850. CPU Pentium 4, 3.2 GHz, 1.5 GB RAM. Previous Video card: Radeon 9800 Pro. When I first setup my system, I went through the full process of installing drives for the Monitor and VC (Plus all other things for the system). Installed the Natural Color app and calibrate my monitor and display with it and saved the profile. After my VC died, I replaced it with the 3850 and reinstalled drivers and the Natural Color app and recalibrated the profile. Then I discovered that when my system goes to Screen saver or standby mode, the color profile reverts back to the no color managment settings. I've looked for updated drivers, and NC app but found nothing. Thanks for any ideas. John |
