Re: Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 4670 1GB lagg problem
Theres your problem. You really need a better powersupply. 280w is not very much and if it's the one the case came with it's probably very low quality and doesn't have enough amperage. We usually recommend throwing away the powersupplies that come free in the cases because of this.
For that 4670 you really need a 450 to 500w or higher with 26amps on the 12v rail and 80+ cert. Quality brands include antec's trio , thermaltakes toughpower , corsair , silverstone , pc power and cooling , or coolermaster.

Re: Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 4670 1GB lagg problem
btw i have made a mistake, on the back of my case under the power cable it sais 280V and i found out that it means the maximum allowed Voltage on the powersupply and i found out that i have an 400W powersupply so is there any other reason?

Re: Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 4670 1GB lagg problem
The 280volt is the voltage from the wall you plug it into. If the powersupply is actually 400w could you possibly give the make and model of it? It will specify on the label on the side of the powersupply.

Re: Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 4670 1GB lagg problem
It appears to only have 15amps on the 12v rail when you really need 26. Also the efficiency is only 70% when you really should have an 80+ cert powersupply. It also seems to get very bad ratings for failing.
The only powersupples we really like from antec are the trio's 430/550/and 650 as the others are not as good in quality..
