Best video card for $100?

What would be the best video card for my setup for only $100?
My mobo only supports PCI 1.0 Express x16.

I think on pink friday for Tigerdirect.com they are selling the 9800GTX for 98$!!!! This friday!!! make sure you get one if its really that low!!

Tom's Hardware has a monthly video card roundup and breaks them down by price group, like the best for under $100, etc...

I researched on here and google, all said 2.0 is backward compatible with 1.0 pci-e. So, Yes you can.

It is backwards compatible unless you have a Via or Sis chipset.
But from your listed description of your power supply I would even try that card if you value your system, the 9800GTX will want a quality 750w psu.
