GeForce 9400 GT problems
System: Acer Aspire E360
Mobo: FC51GM I had a Geforce 7600 GT graphics card in the mobos only PCI-E slot and one day the monitor wouldn't reconignize that the computer was on so I assumed that the graphics card was broken. I sent it to the shop and they just turned on the onboard graphics which is a Nvidia 6100. I tried to plug the monitor back into the 7600 but it still didn't work. So I bought a GeForce 9400 GT and put it into the PCI-E slot and when i plug the monitor up to this card it still doesn't work. So right now the only way the screen will work is if i have it plugged into the mobo graphics slot. Could the PCI-E slot on the mobo be broken or what? I don't know what to do now. |
