PC overheating

here is what is going on
i recently got World in Conflict
and it was making werid high pitch static sounds about 5 mins into a normal game and then turning of my key board i have formated since then and i still get this issue here is the tempretures of every thing when im playing that game

both my Geforce 9800 GTs hit between 76 and 86 degrees C
my Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 hits
Core 0 57 c 134 f
Core 1 64 c 147 f
Core 2 52 c 125 f
Core 3 57 c 134 f

is this hot and if it is what can i do to fix it

Re: PC overheating

The cpu temps under load dont shake me up to much. Your gpu's
are a little warm. List your hardware specs, including power supply
wattage and brand.
