Problems with wintv tv tuner
I am sorry if this is not the right place to post this, but I am a newbe, and I really need help. I installed WinTv 1250 tuner and I have Vista Home Premium 64. My problem is that whenever I try to turn on the application to watch live tv, all I get is a recording of the current program, and the image is just chopped and advances a couple of frames at a time. I can't find a setting to watch just live tv without recording. I'm sure it's something really stupid, but I hope you can help me...
