Monitor waviness or flicker
I have an emachines 6536 PC with GeForce 6100 video card. The monitor shows a continual waviness or flickering, most pronounced at the edges. It can vary over time but never goes away completely. Changing monitors doesn't help. Changing refresh rates just makes it worse. Any suggestions?
