Suprised power outage during install of video driver...now no picture!

I installed a new video care+ (ATI Radeon 9200SE) on my brother-in-law's computer. Started up fine, computer recognized new card. Directions told me to uninstall old video driver before installing new one.
Did that, then lost our electricity AT THAT MOMENT! before I had a chance to install new driver. When we got the power back on, there is no picture on the monitor. HELP!!!

Any suggestions??
THANKS!!

Plug your monitor into your onboard video card. Usually those work no matter what. (Unless you deactivated it)

If you would put everything back the way it was to start with, windows should recognize the change, and default drivers will be installed. Then you can start over, removing the existing and install the software for the new card.
