radeon 9500 problem
hi guys
ive just installed an ati radeon 9500 and all is well apart from when i am on the internet if i scroll up or down it is really juddering and i have no idea how to sort it out could it be a refresh rate prob? i am running xp sp3 and a dell E771p monitor i have install the newest drivers i could find but still have the prob any help would be great as im out of ideas
