[SOLVED] Not sure of my graphic driver type

I am sure i have the hardware but i dont have the VGA software
I dont know where to find as it says unknown manufactor
With the software i am sure it can work.
(Another thing is i got the software(i tried once n worked) but it says "cant run a 16 bit " thing)
Help?
