Need a new Video Card?

Need to get a new video card as my old one is fried. Which leads me to my next item a new PSU which fried my old video card. Would like to keep it under 200 bucks if possible, i def dont need anything top of the line my computer is several years old but should be sufficient enough for most games. I have an open PCI Express slot where my old video card From what i remember the PCI express was decent for video cards, or am i better going off with a different type of graphics card?

Old card was eVGA 7600GS w/ my standard 300w power supply. i have learned my lesson and will need something with additional power.

For the video card i would also like to be able to have a connection to a LCD TV via DVI output or some digitial outut.

Specs are as follows:
T6212 E Machine
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (2 GHz)
1.5 GB Ram
ATI Radeon Xpress 200
