Please recommend me a dual graphics card
Hi Guys,
I'm running two monitors, One is a 26 inch wide iiyama (this could be a bit cheap) the other is a standard 19inch flat CTX. Our work is very fine detail (pcbs) so I need a good resolution, the max on the main screen is 1920 x 1200. I can achieve this with our old graphics but the detail does flicker very badly. The graphics card in my pc is old (probably at least 3 years). What graphics card would you recommend to solve this flicker? Money is a factor but we certainly don't want a 'cheap & nasty' solution. Thanks in advance.... |

Re: Please recommend me a dual graphics card
Ok so from what I gather it most likely (if it hasn't been upgraded) has a geforce 2 64mb agp in it. You can definitely get somthing better in there. A geforce 7300 should do well.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814143102 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...296&CatId=2234 There both agp 4x compatible and serveral times faster then what you have currently. You'll be moveing from a geforce 2 to a geforce 7.
