D-Sub or DVI
Hi
My monitor has only a D-Sub connector, my graphics card has D-Sub and DVI connectors. If I connect my D-Sub monitor to the Graphic card DVI connector with the adapter the graphics card came with will this improve the graphics. ? Graphics: Geforce 8600 GT Monitor: 17in Acer AL1717 DanDare |

likely no. VGA is still VGA. Digital is digital..each interface has it's own sharpness. DVI-I just have the VGA and digital in the ame plug, the adapter just doesn't transfer the digital side, so it's still VGA.
