Vid chop in the BIOS?

i have a strong feeling that since my upgrade Im not putting out enough power? I have a 225watt PSU running an athlon64x2 6000+ on a MSN-MX SE Plus ASUS mobo,4 gigs ram, Geforce 8400GS GPU,80gig IDE to SATA HD....it has GOT to be the PSU, you think?

Yea , with low end cards you don't want anything lower then a 300 to 350w if its an oem psu.
