Video Card Driver install

srry I dont know much about this but maybe u could help me I just put GeForce 9800GTX in computer and it says code 31 can not install driver and also now can not get on internet with it Thanks Brandi vista 64 bit

did you check you have enough power to run a 9800gtx

what are you running
video card
cpu
m/board
ram
power supply
brand
wattage

check the listings in the bios for voltages and tempretures and post them

disable anti virus while installing

1000 watt power supply Quad core process 5 ram Gtx 9800 Nividia---it says drivers cant load code 31 vista 64

in the device manager uninstall the card and reboot then check it after windows reinstalls and installs it's version of the driver
