ATI HD2600 Fried?

The other day, my computer crashed repeatedly when I tried to play anything in 3D. My Catalyst center showed that the GPU tempurature was at 90 degrees Celcius. Hastefully, I opened up my computer and found a cable jamming the fan. So i take my card out, carefully remove the fan, remove all the dust and check the fan. Everything looked fine so I put it back. My computer worked fine, so did the games.

Today, I turn it on and the monitor doesn't pick up any video. I try the other monitor cable (There are two that come with the ATI HD 2600, one with a wider end and one with a narrower end that has an addapter on it making it just like the wider one, catch my drift? I honestly don't know what they are called.). Through this cable, it worked, but now my monitor had cyan barcode-like patterns on the screen. When logged in, there were discollored lines making my desktop nearly gone. On top of this, my computer was running really slow.

A dozen frustrating restarts later, BSOD, then the choice of safe mode + networking. Safe mode works fine, in fact it's what I'm useing to write this now. So I think my card is just fried.

Things to know
-Dell Dimension E521
-AMD 64 x2 Dual core 4000+ 2.10 GHz
-2046 MB
-Running vista
-Might have updated the drivers, I forget if I saved or ran the download.
-Not a genius when it comes to things like this, take it easy on me.

Thanks,
