Is Geforce XFX 6200, 512 MB compatible with Asrock P4i45GL, Pentium 4 mother board
I am running XFX Geforce MX 4000, 126 MB AGP card in my Asrock P4i45GL motherboard for 4 years smoothly. I would like to replace this card with Geforce XFX Geforce 6200, 512 MB DDR2 AGP card. Is this card compatible with the mother board. I have 512 MB of DDR1 (333mhz) RAM on the motherboard
Please reply soon if anybody can know about this. |

Welcome to tsf.
Your board only has pci slots , the card you are looking at is an agp card. While its not impossible to upgrade a pci videocard it is pretty limited. This is your board is it not? Asrock P4i45GL
http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.as...P4i45GL%20R3.0 According to asrock.com and everywhere else I looked it specifies your board only has pci slots. So the answer would be no , an agp card would not fit in the board.
