Hello,
Im new to the forums so plz dont flame me or anything... But I'm running a custom built comp... I think the video card im using is a VGA something not sure... but here is my problem! 1. While browsing the internet my screen and the webpage jumps... its suppost to scroll up and down smooth but mine jumps, Thats one problem! 2. While TRYING to load "Diablo 2" I get an error message that says "Error 33: A critical error has occured while trying to initialize DirectDraw"... But I checked my directdraw and I have it installed but my pc wont recognize it! Can somebody please help me! I think i need to install my video driver but I dont have the cd or floppy to do so..!!! Can i find it on the internet? Since I'm poor and dont have much cash!!! Thanks! SweetJay |

in the run box type
dxdiag and press enter and run the tests check what is in your computer with this http://pc-wizard-2008.en.softonic.com/ drivers are free so is directx and you will probably need to reinstall it http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

You need to install the newest drivers for your video card. Simple as that. Always works for me and my mates when we reset our pc to factory standard. Might also help if you install all the XP updates. Simply press start, all programs, Windows update, and follow the instructions from there. Good luck. =D
