Upgrading Graphics Card. Worth it?

I should have my current specs listed below (signature) so you guys can see my system. I am thinking about upgrading my graphics card to the...

BFG 9800GT OC Edition 512MB Dual DVI HDTV Out PCI-E Graphics Card

Currently as you can see i'm using this. BFG Geforce 8800 GTS 320mb

Reasoning: Far Cry 2 <Pre ordered $. FPS should be played with a mouse!

Can I expect a decent enough performance enhancement to justify upgrading?

Regards, Fabien.
