[SOLVED] XFX Geforce 8600GTS 512MB GDDR3
Hello,
I'm running Microsoft Windows XP AMD 2.0ghz 3x 1gb Ram 1066mhz and I installed a XFX Geforce 8600GTS 512 MB GDDR3 PCI-e (PCI-e connector/power cable), the card fan spins no problem. I kept the VGA cable going from the motherboard to the monitor connected and connected the DVI cable from the card to the monitor. When I launch the XFX driver installer it returns the following message: "the VGA detected seems not XFX's product. Please go to www.nvidia.com to get the driver for the other nvidia VGA." Looks like it does not see the video card for some reason??? I don't know what to do, can someone help me with this problem. Thanks for help, ![]() ![]() ![]() Dennis.
