question about video card installation?
My monitor port on motheboard is not working i cant see anything on screen when i attached my monitor on this port. So i bought a new nvidia E-vga video card. My question is how can i install drivers if i dont have anything on display?

When you install the card it should boot using generic vga drivers it will also display the Post screen without drivers(the screen you see before windows loads) if your see this chances are more then the video chip is bad on your motherboard or you have a power supply or other problem,
What Brand and Model PC do you have? And what happened to make you say the integrated video went bad? |

Sorry its assembled PC so does't have any brand or model. So whenever i try to connect my monitor with integrated video it never worked and go to sleep right away .I am not sure if there is something wrong with my motherboard now. I have bought another E-vga card but still same problem exists. Coulsd u please let me know if anything else u think might causing the problem . i have tried to remove all the additional components from all PCI slots but still same problem. Any help will be appreciated.
