Best bit-by-bit settings for CRYSIS

Im running..a 8600gts 256mb @ 755mhz 2200mhz-mem...with 2gb ddr2 RAM and a 4200 X2 AM2 @ 2.7ghz...

Can you plz tell me what are the settings best to set...so i can play crysis with nice looks and good performance...i had it on all MED no AA it plays smoothly...and stuff..i put it on all high with 2xAA but it was a bit itchy...smooth out after a while but i want more FPS..so i took Postprocessing to MED ...so the blur went..and it played better..i was wondering if you guys could help me wat i should ave on MED and wat i can ave on HIGH....

A system of that caliber can only run Crysis on Medium settings unfortunately.

Grid is so forgiving with graphics. What does codemasters do that other companies dont get?
