Max resolution lowered, laggy scrolling, can't standby
ok i have the exact same problem, reformatted a new harddrive, installed Video Card, updated it, and the problem is not the power supply because on my previous HD the VC worked.

what are you running
video card cpu m/board ram power supply brand wattage any error message check your tempretures and voltages in the bios and post them
