Best Card for my Computer

I have a very simple problem. Just need some advice. I was wondering what is the best AGP Card on the market that would work with my PC without needing any additional components such as a power supply. I don't have enough money at the moment and I am on an extreme budget. I was thinking about the 7300 GT or the 7600 GS. Anything higher will be running my budget. Would at least one of these cards work in my pc without the extra components?

Specs:
Intel Pentium 4(Northwood) w/ 512KB L2 Cache and 533MHZ FSB
Radeon 9550 AGP 8X Graphics Card with 256 MB of DDR VRAM
1.5 GB of PNY Optima DDR Memory(2 Sticks One 512MB and the other 1GB)
Seagate 120 GB Ultra ATA Hard Drive
250 Watt Standard ATX Power Supply
MSI Max 648 Motherboard
Medion Titanium MD 8000 XL
Windows XP SP2 with latest updates

Re: Best Card for my Computer

The power supply will need to be upgraded before you can even think about updating the video card. The HD3870 is the best AGP card currently on the market, but it'd be severely choked by the CPU.
