Crossfire Question for ATi Radeon

Just a quick question: does the brand matter for when you Crossfire?
Say you have a Diamond 4850, can you Crossfire it with an HIS 4850?

Re: Crossfire Question for ATi Radeon

Does the amount of memory have to be the same? Like can I Crossfire a 512mb 4850 with a 1GB 4850?
