Need help Involving video cards

Hi i am new to these forums and also not very tech wise.
I am hoping for any help involving a video card upgrade i was just wondering if my motherboard could use a video card for modern gaming and what is the best suitable video card for it.
I think this information is about my motherboard not very sure tho lol =(

you have an agp video slot
it depends on how much you wish to spend
your power supply will be needing to put out a minimum of 18amps or more on the 12v+ line
