Video distorts and artifacts while gaming...

Hello TSF!

I just bought a brand new eVGA GeForce 9600 GT 512 RAM and for some reason when I'm playing warcraft 3 the video gets all distorted/artifacts half way through the game or so and I have to minimize the game with Alt+Tab and bring it back up for them to go away. Then a few minutes later the video will become distorted again... I just RMA'd 1 card and bought this card because the last card was doing the same thing, distorting and artifacting. Now my brand new evga geforce 9600 GT is doing the same thing... I don't think it's the memory on the card itself as I just went through another card and RMA'd it because I thought the memory could be bad. I can't seem to figure this out and I don't want to keep RMA'ing cards when they are all doing the same thing.. Could it be my mobo? Could it be my system RAM?

This is a brand new fresh build. Any assistance would be appreciated in this matter.

~Collin

I also upgraded the PSU from 400W to 700W and I'm still getting this issue... Maybe it could be the PSU?

How's the airflow? It could be a heat issue.

I had 4GB of RAM took 2 sticks out and the artifacting stopped... guess some of the sticks were defective.
