Hi Group,
I have isolated a problem with my dual monitor display. The primary monitor has lost the ability to display red. I have checked most things and have tried several other monitors but the problem remains. My system is used for CAD work and if I drag a dawing from the second monitor (red is displayed fine on this display) to the primary then the objects that are red disappear. Further, there does not seem to be the ability to set both monitors to 1680 x 1050 resolution as I would like to do now I have two 22" screens. The problem I have has occured before the addition of the new screen installed today. My card is some 8 months old and gets 30 hours per week work. In summary I have a card that has lost red on one monitor only and will not display 1680 x 1050 on the same monitor as the red colour problem? Would someone like to comment on this please as to a likely problem and fix? I have not done anything about drivers as i was seeking advice first. Cheers, AussieBob |
