8800gt problem

Recently bought club 3d 8800gt
And had low fps in all 3d games and applications
I thought mine 400w psu dont have enough power but i was wrong
Just bought 600w psu and still haveing same problems

Follow the advise given in the image you posted and disable devices one at a time in device manager.

i allready done that disconected allmost everything

but but those red spikes disapears only when i disable gpu - uninstal driver

Try using some older Nvidia drivers to see if it changes the Latency at all.
Which driver are you using now?

still dcp shows 13k

i updated trough ASUSUpdate tool ?
mb i should update trough boot cd? or its no matter ?

im using 177.89

allready tryed plenty of older drivers
from 177.89 to 162 and few others
best dcp readings were 12k

My final thoughts really, since you have Ultimate, try and partition your drive and install the 32bit OS and see if the nvidia 32bit drivers work better. Also, what PSU exactly is that?

psu - XILENCE Gaming Edition 600 W

i had xp profesional 32bit previously and same dcp readings
installed vista becouse i hoped mb it will slove poblems but it didnt


mb i can try nvida 64 bit driver?

only amd chips has 64 bits right?

Intel chips are 64bit also but it looks to me that you have 32bit vista so don't try the the 64bit drivers they won't work.
I think i would try a different card and see what the results are.
Your PSU is little on the weak side for the card.

with geforce 8500gt all works fine (mine old gpu)

and why you think psu is on the weak side?
many ppl runing 8800gt with 400 or 450w
