Asus Eah 2400 Pro low fps

(ASUS SILENT)

Ok i wanna make it short and clear. I'm a WoW player but this card is giving me max 9fps. I tried almost everything. Today I see that at overclocking section there is currently 110 Gpu clock set the memory clock is 400+... the memory clock is changing but the gpu is standing at 110 whatever i do. Changing graph settings just ends with and fps drop.
This is very intresting because one day i turned the pc on and graphics was 30 fps.. i wanted to save profile but dont remember what happened and im at 9 again. Yeaterday bought cooler.. dont believe i invested 1$ in this piece of but at least i'ts not laging as much as before in simple usage (internet etc)

can you please help me ?

Update drivers.
Update Direct X.
What resolution are you playing at?
What PSU do you have?
