Gainward Bliss 9600GT not HDCP compatible???
I'm having some problems with the above...
Recently bought myself an LG Blu-ray drive for my PC so i could begin to enjoy the wonder that is HD! I'm getting a strange problem where the Cyberlink advisor which was bundled with the drive is telling me that the 9600gt driver installed (v6.14.11.7779) is not HDCP compliant! I've managed to get everything working fine with the anydvd trial, but i don't really want to spend £60 to bypass hdcp (which my GPU should be handling)... I've (eventually) got a response from Gainward who have been less than helpful. They told me i've got the latest drivers installed - I already know that thanks... ) but have not replied to my question of why the 9600gt doesn't appear to support HDCP.Any ideas anyone? |
