Display Woes.`

Hi chaps.
I spent all of yesterday putting together a new computer, my first self-build. I ran into a couple of problems but was able to sort most of them out (Had to turn the aftermarket Heatsink/fan 90 degrees due to it not fitting). Now I am well and truely stuck.
After the boot screens the fans (I cant tell if it's a specific one or if it's them all) speed up and the monitor cuts out with "No input signal". I've tried the new monitor in a different computer, it works fine.
I've tried reseating the graphics card to no avail.
Does this sound like a faulty graphics card to you?
Specs attached.

Might be something much simpler, like HDCP disliking your cable combination. Not kidding you, I run Toshiba 42" LCD as my primary monitor. If I go DVI cable - DVI/HDMI converter, I am able to boot to Windoww Vista all the way (well, except for persistent BSODs from shutdown). When I tried DVI/HDMI converter (included with the Radeon card) - HDMI cable combo just the other day, I heard "the fairies have landed" tinkle but the TV stayed blue. I switched back to the DVI-cable - converter, and got the Windows login screen OK.

Re: Display Woes.`

I've tried DVI(Monitor)-DVI and VGA(Monitor)-DVI(Adapter) both resulting in the same problem.

Re: Display Woes.`

It seems to be a problem with the temperature of the gfx card. I'm sending everything back so the company I bought it from can give the setup a test. I'll probably buy a new aftermarket cooler.
