Hey peeps. First time posting here so don't judge to harshly. I just got in my ATI RADEON 3870 X2 today and it does not work. My pc is kinda old have a Athlon xp 4200 +, asus Mother Board, 2 gb ram, 450 W source. Installed it by plugging in the 6 pin cable in the 6 pin slot on the Video Card and 2 red lights are permanently on. When i plugged in the 6 pin in the 8 pin slot on the Video Card just one was on. But both times no display on monitor. When I connected my old ati radeon x1550 series back it worked. So what would be the problem. Thank you anticipated!

Re: 3870 X2 Big Problem
Thank you for the answers. Did that and still no display. got the thermaltake now. When I insert my old graphic card there is display but with the 3870 x2 no so luck. Could it be the pci express 2.0 on the graphics card and the older pci on the motherboard? Thank you!

Re: 3870 X2 Big Problem
for a 3870x2? I would think 750 would be enough, even if it's a dual card?
