Angry No Video Output - GeForce 8600, Dual DVI, Dell Inspiron 530, WinXP

A few months ago, I bought a dell inspiron 530 with an nVidia 8600 gfx card. It has dual DVI output.

For months, it worked fine with a single monitor attached (VGA monitor with DVI adapter).

Then recently, I tried hooking up my HDTV to the second DVI connection, which worked fine for a few days.

Yesterday, I had trouble getting the HDTV to work properly as a second monitor. Not sure what I may have done, but after screwin around with the nVidia video configuration tool, I rebooted. Now, I get no video output once windows loads!

After windows loads, I don't get any signal through either DVI port, even with a single monitor. When the PC boots up, the general bios/windows bootup screens do appear, but once windows loads, the video output no longer works.

Anyone have any idea what may be happening? Right now, I'm connected to the integrated video on the mobo.
