NVIDIA® GeForce® 7200GS 128MB 64bit PROBLEM WITH CLONE TO TV

Hi, I hope somebody can help me I've struggled for hours and nothing helps! Ive got n NVIDIA® GeForce® 7200GS 128MB 64bit GDDR2 DVI,TV-Out and it give me the option to use either the Monitor or the TV at once but I want to use the clone function and every single time I click Clone the software throws the TV option away? ANy clues what to do?

sounds to me like the card has detected that the TV and monitor do not agree in a common resolution.

monitor:
what size?
what aspect ratio? (4:3, 5:4, 16:9, 16:10?)
What connection? (VGA/DVI)

TV:
What size?
What aspect ratio? (4:3, 16:9, 16:10)
What connection? (VGA/HDMI/S-video)
What brand/model#?

What aspect ratio? 4:3
What connection? S-video/RCA
What brand/model#? Mmmm, I think its a Sony

THe PC is my FIance's father, so you see how important this is for me to fix it.

That's a 650W PSU. Power Supply Info and Selection . Info on thermal compounds & application . TEST PSU USING MULTI-METER . Bench Testing Your System
