GeForce 7600gt Graphics problem

Hello all,
I'm having a graphics problem with almost every game I run (GTR 2, Arca Sim Racing, GT legends, Rfactor) even if you are not familiar with those games perhaps you can help. The screen is seemed to be cluttered by random shapes and parts of the world sometimes are even missing.

I've tried new drivers, even a new cooling fan on my computer. Heres a shot of my DirectX config

My system specs are as so:
Intel Pentium 4 2.4ghz
1536ram
Direct x 9.0c
and The GeForce 7600gt.

Im really desperate for help, and all insight is appreciated!

what power supply
brand
wattage

in the device manager uninstall the video card
reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode
when windows finishes rebooting
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the computer
